Design Screws Ltd manufacturing capabilities allow us to cold form an extensive range of components. Whilst specialising in the PT thread form product range we can also utilise our facility to provide a range of other products in line with the requirements of our diverse customer base. The cold form process takes wire from coil, straightens the material, cuts the material to length and forms complex shaps in one or more blows.

We currently have a range of cold forming machines producing a diverse range of products. These are complimented by our cell of second operation thread forming machines positioned to give optimum WIP process flow.

Within our despatch cell we are able to automatically sort our products using either Anchor Sort or Mectron sorting equipment prior to packaging and despatch. After inspection our product is packed in set quantities within heat sealed bags and then despatched in set box quantities in line with customer requirements.
